  Completely thrilled with the service we received at Oswego Mortgage. I was 80% into the process with another lender, then learned I wasn't getting the "best" interest rate. I contacted Tom late in the evening, detailing my situation and he got back to me with 15 minutes saying he could get me a half point improvement on the rate, which is massive over the long haul. Not only did he make it happen, but he helped us secure enough of our equity in our home to pay off all other debts. There were challenges along the way, but our loan processor Desiree guided us through it all. Couldn't be happier. These people mean it when they say they care about Veterans.
