  I visited Grimm's because my vehicle needed attention, I had the WORST experience EVER.
  I guess because I'm a young I must be stupid. They were condescending and pretty downright rude! NEVER again!
  I hesitantly went across the street because I really needed help and WOW! What a terrific experience!
