  Even in the remodeled units you're still dealing with aging infrastructure. The apartments are cold in the winter with inadequate baseboard heating and hot in the summer with no air conditioning. As for management, it's difficult to determine if Westlake Meadows is a training ground for new managers or a dumping ground for failed managers. It's that bad. Look elsewhere.
